Large Oval Shaped Fordite on Rectangular Silver Pendant

This colourful, statement piece of Fordite, length 4cm and width 2.2cm, has been handset on a textured, recycled sterling silver rectangle.

I have sawn, by hand, an opening at the back of the pendant as there is a distinctive pattern on the underside of the fordite stone which should be exposed!  The double jump ring feature attaches the pendant to a 20 inch snake chain.

About Fordite - Fordite stones are a by-product of the historical process of spray painting cars. Paint that has accumulated on walls is upcycled to produce unique and stunning pieces.
